Stack 200 collects and stacks in the direction of travel of the baler
A significant advantage of the Stack 200 is that the bales are picked up in the direction of travel of the baler. This means that you avoid driving across the baler tracks, which reduces the strain on the field and provides more gentle straw handling.
Leaf-sprung axles, flotation tires and a hydraulically controlled support wheel ensure a smooth and stable ride. The integrated bale clamp gently lifts the bales from the ground and centers them on the loading table. Here, the bales are stacked two by two before being tilted onto the bed, ready for further straw transport. If the bales subsequently need to be protected from weather and moisture, they can be wrapped with wrap plastic as part of the overall solution.
A straw wagon with a focus on stable and responsible handling
On the Stack 200, bales are held securely in place by a hydraulic side guard and two support forks that automatically adjust their position as the bed is filled. The bed is built with rollers that easily move even soaking wet wrapped bales, making the solution suitable for varied conditions.
When the bed is tipped, a tip stabilizer ensures that the rear axle of the trailer is locked during unloading. This means that the bales are left stable and in the same order as they were collected in the field – with the knots facing upwards. This contributes to more controlled straw handling and efficient straw transport.
