Wrap 7 with extra capacity for large quantities of big bales
A solution for larger quantities per stack
Do you need a solution with higher capacity, where the wrapping can keep up with the volume of bales? Wrap 7 is developed for wrapping on a larger scale and allows you to collect up to seven big bales in each stack. At the same time, the solution is dimensioned for a wrap consumption where up to 70 bales can be wrapped per roll, making it suitable when working with larger volumes over time.
Compared to smaller solutions, Wrap 7 is aimed at operations where capacity and efficient use of wrap are crucial. The stacks are built with a width of 5.7 meters and a height of 5.2 meters, which provides good volume per wrap and reduces the need for frequent changes.
The machine is built according to the same proven principle, where a tube of wrap plastic is wound up, into which the bales are placed with a loading tool. This makes it possible to wrap large stacks with a relatively light machine that is easy to handle in daily use, even when the capacity is high.
Wrap 7 – Efficient and High-Capacity Wrapping of Big Bales
Wrap 7 is primarily intended for wrapping big bale straw, but can also be used for other types of square bales. The solution is aimed at operations where the volume of bales has increased and where it makes sense to collect more bales in each stack to reduce handling and increase capacity.
When a stack is placed, the wrapping can be controlled via remote control from the loader cab, after which the machine is ready for the next bales. When handling the bales, the solution can be advantageously combined with equipment such as bale grabs , so that the placement is done efficiently and in a controlled manner.
Wrap 7 – benefits of higher capacity requirements
When the number of bales increases, capacity and overview become crucial.
Here, Wrap 7 offers some clear advantages in daily use:
- Possibility to wrap seven big balls together in each stack
- Fixed plastic that encloses the entire stack
- Minimal storage space between packages
- Easy access when the plastic needs to be removed again
- Ventilation channels at the top that support stable storage
Dimensions and construction – this is how Wrap 7 is constructed

Large-scale transport and handling
The machine is equipped with hydraulic support legs that make it easy to switch between working and transport positions. During transport, the Wrap 7 can be lowered to make it easier to get under bridges and other obstacles.
Wrap 7 is transported sideways, which gives a small transport width and makes the machine easy to move, even though it is built for larger stacks. Optional equipment includes bale grips and a foil basket, which support handling before wrapping.
How much does a wrap 7 cost?
The price of Wrap 7 is determined based on setup and needs. Since the solution is typically chosen when the capacity requirement is higher than Wrap 5, the price will depend on the specific application and any additional equipment.
To get a true overview, a dialogue about needs and frameworks is required.
Should multiple bales be packed per stack?
If your consumption has grown and Wrap 5 no longer covers the need, Wrap 7 is a natural next step. At Pomi industri ApS we work with Danish-made agricultural machinery that is developed for Nordic conditions and adapted for professional use.
