The Wrap 12 is the largest solution in the Wrap series and is aimed at operations where capacity and volume are crucial. The machine can wrap up to 12 big bales in each stack, giving a total stack width of 8.3 meters and a height of 5.2 meters. The solution is developed for handling very large volumes, where smaller solutions no longer match the needs.
The wrapping is done according to the well-known principle, where a tube of wrap plastic is wound up, into which the bales are placed with a loading tool. This makes it possible to collect many bales in one wrap and work efficiently, even with high consumption. Despite its size, the machine is designed so that it is still manageable to handle in practice.
When the capacity requirement is above the level that Wrap 7 covers
Wrap 12 is primarily intended for wrapping big bale straw, but can also be used for other types of square bales. The solution is aimed at farms and companies where the volume of bales is so large that a solution like Wrap 7 is no longer sufficient.
Once the stack is placed, the wrapping can be operated directly from the loading equipment’s cab via remote control, after which the machine is ready for the next wrapping. When handling and placing the bales, the solution can be supplemented with equipment such as bale clamps, so that the work is carried out in a controlled and safe manner.
Large-scale transport and handling
The machine is equipped with hydraulic support legs, which make it easy to switch between working and transport positions. During transport, the Wrap 12 can be folded down to a height of 3.65 meters, making it possible to get under bridges and other obstacles.
Wrap 12 is designed with the same focus on transportability as the other wrap solutions and can therefore be transported sideways.
